Firmware Update Help

Hello guys and girls,

I have had issues trying to update the firmware to my DMXGO.

It currently has firmware version 0.07 and i know the current release is 0.24, but when I try and update, my unit displays 8.8. and i receive an error message saying: An error occurred while updating the firmware Error Code: XHL 17 and after hitting OK it just hangs in the device restarting and the unit itself continues to flash 8.8.

I'm using the following:

Apple MacBook Pro 8

Hardware Manager: Dec 1 2020 1.12.1-16336

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
