So I went to a gig last night, set everything up, started the iPad and tried to connect to myDMX Go. It said hardware needs an update, so I clicked update, it downloaded, started to update, then failed. Now it says it is not registered and isn't a myDMX Go any more. It says it is a SIUDI is not registered and not supported. I had to use all my lights in sound mode, which was horrible!!!
I hooked it up to a Windows machine and it says it can't update firmware. It doesn't even know what kind of controller it is.
Any suggestions?
