Fire Burst Problems

Just got my new Fire Burst in yesterday. Plugged it in and all I get is a fan blowing. No light or wheel turning. Checked the connection on the light (unplugged the socket and replugged it) but still nothing.

Any ideas??

does it repond to dmx? or is it just sound active? if it is sound active try bumpin some music at a high volume and se if it responds to the audio. if you are using it via dmx try puttin it in sound active mode and try what i just said. bump the music! peace! jingles!!
