I have a FC-400 foot controller that plugs into the dimmer pack that came with my light kit (Par 56 cans. I need some help on the dip switches on the dimmer box. I flipped them some all 4 lights will work but I do not know if I am using the correct settings. Does anyone know what they should be set on? The second issue is when I want to have all 4 lights stay on I push the flash pedal #4 and hold it down for the 2 seconds as the manual states and the lights are all on then after the 2 seconds they go off. Can you please help me I am very frustrated!

make sure that the dimmer pack is set to address 001. you can go into every channel and put it at full. this way you have a scene with all lights at full on.
