Faulty X-Scans Led Plus

Hi there, I ordered 4x ADJ X-Scan's Led Plus through my DJ Store in Melbourne Australia about 5 months ago, they took about 2 months to arrive due to the delivery's but this is fine with me.

However 2x were faulty, my DJ Shop got me a RA to send them back to LSW (Australia's Importer) i been told that they fixed 1 unit but they said they sent the other back to ADJ.

I sent the faulty unit's over 3 months ago and i still don't have them back, this is such a joke doesn't ADJ have quality control to begin with as i tested all my light's out and 1 was clearly noticeable that the mirror panning was faulty & the other LED light source would turn off after a few minutes of use.
