Fault with LED UV Bar 16

Hi there,

I purchased 2x LED UV Bar 16 online on ebay.com

After a few month's use 1 unit has a fault with 4x of the 1 Watts LED they don't seem to stay turned on, what will be the best place to send it in for repairs, as i'm located in Sydney Australia
