Fantasy Scan 250

I'm looking into purchasing 4 of the Fantasy Scan 250. But I have one concern. Does the Fantasy Scan 250 has X Y Miror Movements? Does it Pan/Tilt? Can it moves fast like other Scanners?

Yes the fantasy scan has pan and tilt. and i believe the movement is fast. if your not sure check out the product video.
