FANNING EFFECT

I must be missing something, Can a fanning effect from the effects generator be saved as a whole scene? I want to create a few different fanning scenes but can not seem to actually save the scene. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Elaborate please if you can.
Also you can generate effects into one scene, but trying to generate different effects of the same kind as in Pan and tilt, will just stack them within the one scene.
but let me know what you are trying to do and i can help better.
