there may be a defect in your controller since you have upgrades it, and it may need to be taken in to the ADJ shop.... just like freestyle said you do need to call their phone # 1-800-322-6337 (USA).

just ignore the error message and start the upgrade again it may take as many as 5 times to work.

Thanks everyone! I shut the unit off while posting my distress call. After, I turned it back on and it actually prompted me to "load program". So this time I did everything again but just waited for 10-15 minutes and this time it took. I must have interupted it before since the upload was unexpectedly slow.

I then reloaded my memory backup file to restore scene/fixture, etc. data. When uploading that you at least get to see how quickly the lines are loading. Bottom line is that is really slow, but for as often as this would need to be done, it's really nothing. I do love this product! Thanks again...and next time I may just call tech support straightaway.
