Factory Recall 2019

Greetings. I have a client who insists that there was a factory recall on ADJ products in 2019. We haven't received any word of this from ADJ. Does anyone have any information regarding this?

Hello, my name is James and I work in customer support at ADJ, we never had any ADJ product recalls in 2019. so whoever thinks that is Mis-informed.
