equipment hunt...

Greetings, I'm trying to figure out what to purchase as a lighting setup for a rock band I'm involved with. So I need some advice on particular brands/models/wattage of lights to use onstage. We have a general idea about how we want it to look, but are unsure about specifics. Actually we are attempting to emulate a national act that we just saw. I've created a simplified sketch of basically what we saw and what I think I'm looking for along with some photos:



So here's what I think I need:

• 10 small cans, slightly warm in color, probably not gelled, just warm. these were small, maybe 5-6 inches across and were black.
  
• 2 round strobes, probably 10 inches in diameter, slightly cool in color
  
• 1 foot controller with 8 switches to recall scenes (I'm pretty much sold on the FC-816)
  
• 2 4-Channel dimmer packs w 2 outputs per channel
  

So my specific questions now are what model/wattage of cans used to get this effect, and what dimmer packs I can use with the FC-816. Since I'm new to this, I'm not sure if the cans are regular cans, or have a narrower beam. Maybe someone here can tell me this. Any ideas?
