Eco UV Bar 50 IR Turns off after ~10 seconds

Hi all, cannot get this light to stay on. Have put it in full on mode, checked the power connections and it will always turn off after about 10 seconds and it stops responding to the remote at that time. What's the fix? Or do I have a bad light?
