Duty Cylce automatic timer?

Hello all, i just purchase my first AD Light, the Millennium, being a newbie, i completely forgt about the 15 min duty cycle.... Is there such a thing as a Duty Cycle timer? I mean I might forget, be late or too far away to keep remembering to turn the light on and off at 15 minute intervals....
