Double Phase LED

Hello,

I purchased the Double Phase LED about 8 months ago and used for a couple of gigs. It was working fine until last Saturday when I plugged into the power but unfortunately the light did not turned on at all. I checked the fuse but it seems to be OK.

Any suggestion?
