I deleted your "reply with a quote" second post, that was an exact copy of the one I am responding to you right now, please do NOT post duplicates in effort to "bump" the post or to get an answer faster, for every reply you make i get a email for, so all you are really doing is flooding my inbox. Please have some patience on this forum as i am one of FEW mods who post here on my own, and as my time permits. for anything you may need an immediate answer to Support@americandj.com is always the best option, or calling us from out toll free number listed on our website.
However, you had started to post after our normal business hours ended for the day and weekend Friday. We are open 9am-5pm Mon-Fri Pacific standard time. Make a note of any time time differences from our hours to the area in which you live, and then you can better coordinate your posts to coincide with out available work hours. although i always try to post as often as I can.
For any Wifly set up, you will need 1x to transmit the signal, and 1x to receive the signal. for 2x DOTZ T-Par systems and to be FULLY DMX cable free, you will need a 2nd WiFLY transceiver to receive DMX signal to the 2nd DOTz T-Par system, otherwise the RGBW8C Wifly has the ability to send DMX to the transceiver on the first DOTX T-Par system, then you can just use a DMX cable going OUT from the first DOTZ T-PAr system to the 2nd one.
When using WIFLY RGBW8C, there is NO "SLAVE" mode, as you are now using DMX and MAster/Slave do not work with DMX. there are two entirely different functions.
Does that make sense?
