Hi , dongle has been working fine (pardon the pun) but last night i was getting no dmx signal to the lights and the usb was easy to waggle when plugged into the dongle also the pPC,01 etc... light was going on on off when waggling the lead could be a faulty port socket on the dongle ? any ideas ?

Hi, if the USB is coming loose, there may not be much we can do for it, and if you purchase a new one, there really is no price discount as its still the cost of the hardware, but we can transfer any paid licenses and upgrades to any new dongle, we would just need the old SN and the new SN if you chose to purchase another one.

Hi, shoot me an email with the email address used to sign into store.dmxsoft.com as well as the SN of the old MyDMX 3 and the new one, I need the SN that shows up in the software, not the one from the stickers on the side.
