DMX2.0 update

This software freezes and or just quits on a regular basis. I am setting this up for a local church and I am concerned about the reliability. I couldn't save properly at first then I did the update from August and that cured that problem. The freezing still exists 3months later and I still don't see any update. I see others with the same issue. Anybody have any suggestions?

when you updated, did you completely uninstall and delete all of the files BEFORE installing the new version??

I've had the same problem. I bought MyDMX 2.0 a few weeks ago to use in a local theater production. After locking up several times I changed which USB port I was using for the interface, completely uninstalled the software and downloaded and install the latest version. The software continues to lock up so that I have to restart the program multiple times, making it unreliable to use in a live theater application. I've temporarily reverted to using a DMX controller board that limits how many scenes I have to eight. Any idea when a fix will be coming along?
