dmx stop connecting when i connect more than one fixture

i have elumen8 evora spot 500 x 4

they have been working fine last month when testing the lights for a virtual show one light would work fine on the shows i have preset, but when u add more fixtures using the dmx cable after 2-3 seconds the lights will shut off and keeps doing this

i have a ipad air 2 and a ipad air tested on both, and same results even when iv deleted software and re downloaded it

someone please help im goning to sell it and get another version if it dosent work properly

Hi, have you tried different cables? How long are the cables you are using and they are certified DMX cables not 3Pin Mic cable right? There IS a difference between DMX and Mic cable.
