It is a device that allows you to run two or more lines of DMX without having control problems if you just use a "Y" cable. Make sue if you use one you terminate each run.

Thanks, I'm really into DMX lighting but the only problem is that i haven't ever touched a board or intelli, i just use the on-line manual (thanks ADJ, they help alot even though i don't own any of your gear) and read them and memorize them so if i ever get the chance to use a board or intelli i will have the knowledge.
