DMX SOLO

What is the difference between a "chase program" and a "strobe program" on these controllers? I understand what a chase is, but is the strobe program only for strobe lights? Can it be used for any other lights...dimmers, etc? Probably a dumb question, but I appreciate the help. I'm considering getting one to control 4 color changers focused on my mirror ball. Don't want to tie up my other controller.

when we pre-program them we put strobing programs in the strobe side. If you do your own programming there is no difference.

is there a dmx solo program for the accu spot 250 not that i will not get to the programming my own but if it is out there I would like to know

YES, there is a DMX Solo for the Accuspot 250. . . However, depending on what you want to do, the solo's may be limited. . . it all depends how much control you want to have, and how many units you are using.

I stand corrected. I didn't see it listed as one of the Solo options on the site. This is why Kevin will always be my hero. I know pretty much, but Kevin has forgotten more than I'll ever know about gear.

I don't forget anything. . . . except where I left my keys. . . . What are you looking to do with the Accuspots, cause that really defines what kind of controller you will need. However with the Stobe Scenes, and the Programs already loaded into the Solo, you won't be disappointed.

I have the dmx operator II I was just wondering if there was a program out there that would really show off these incredible lights. I was a bit disappointed that with the purchase of four it did not come with the solo attach to it. I can however program my own shows now.
