DMX settings for focus spot 3s

hello,

I am trying to program 2 adj focus spot 3z's using a Congo Jr running cobalt v7 software for a high school theater program. I have talked to ETC and the board is talking but the lights aren't listening. I was wondering what the best settings are on the lights. The dmx channels match the settings In the patching. I am not sure about slave mode.
