DMX Operator and DJScan 250s

I've noticed a lot of posts citing polarity problems with the DJScans and cables/controllers. I just purchased a DMX Operator and will be ordering a couple DJ Scan 250s tomorrow. In order to prevent a mistake, I thought I'd ask what cables I should get. The lights will be no more than 15 feet or so from the DMX controller. Thanks in advance for advice.

regular DMX cables should be fine. Just make sure they are long enough to reach eatchother and the controller. Depending on personal opinion, you could use XLR cables as well but I wouldn't recomend it.
