DMX Operator 384 Fixture Reset

Fixture button 4 has the same DMX assignment as Fixture button 12 (Channel 97), Fixture 1 has the same assignment as fixture button 6 (Channel 1). Is there a way to reset the fixture assignments so that they are on separate channels?

Hello, it sounds as though the controller may need a firmware update. If you can send an email to me at erik.gutierrez@adj.com I can send you the instructions and firmware to resolve this issue.
