These are not sold or made anymore. They have been discontinued for a long time. So unless you found one online somewhere you won't be able to buy it. Why not just get the current DMX operator 192?
The only benefit for DMX in on a controller would be to copy cues or scenes from a different controller into the current one. so if you don't already have a dmx controller than you really don't need DMX IN. I am not sure of the exact reason why this old operator II has DMX in, but I can't see much benefit for it.
Sincerely,
On faders and fixtures it allows for the signal to continue to the next and I could not figure out what you would hook up to a controller, unless is was a second controller, say for PARs, using different DMX channels that you would run with the intelligent light controller.

Thanks for your time.

To add to what Jingles said, some times you set up a controler as your "main" and a second with the same show loaded as a backup. the In/Out on some controlers is a pass through just like on the intelegent lights have an In/Out. This allows you to switch from one controller to the next without changing cable connections.
