DMX Control Of Spherion Tri Led - Auto Mode

Hello,

I've had the Spherion Tri LeD for about 2 years, and have recently gotten into DMX. I can't seem to get the Spherion Tri Led into Sound Active Automode when set to 3 channel control. In single channel mode all the programs seem to be sound active, regardless of if sound active is set to on or off in the light setup. Has anyone tried Auto MOde in 3 channel DMX mode? Any help would be appreciated. The firmware version of the Spherion is V10.

Hello,

Were you ever able to resolve the issue with running the Spherion Tri LED in Sound Active auto mode when set to 3 channel DMX? I am having the same issue and haven't found a solution. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
