dmx 2.1 crashing | ADJ Forums

Hi

I wonder if anyone could help.

I'm very new to this and as such not been able to do anything with my software.

I have 2 inno pockets and 4 mega par that I would like to add and be able to control,

I have managed to download the software but as soon as I select the pockets for example the system just crashes and gives me a crash report.

I then tried doing the same with the mega pars but same issue, I have not even contented a light as of yet just the box via usb.

I hope someone can help.

Hi, what is the MyDMX 2.1 software release date? It should tell you as its starting up.

Hi

it says

Sept 25 2020.

However it always crashed like this.
