dj spot 250 dmx problem

ok that poll makes no sense! some one needs to fix that. also it sounds like it is the software. try posting this question in the elation forum. they should be able to help you out there. or u might get lucky and someone here might be able to help you. but me i have no clue! sincerly jingles out! p.s. if there is no dmx signal how is it connected to the compu ware program? this makes no sense to me.

Have far of a run do you have with you cables, and are you sure you have htem hookup right. After addressing the Dj Spots, they will go into "test run", unitl they receive a DMX signal. Go through the menu and make sure the "AUDI" if off, and your addresses are set properly. Then make sure you have daisy chained the fixtures into the DMX Controller.

Try a terminator at the end of the DMX run, and make sure your cables are not grounded to the connector.
