DJ scans

If I were you, I would sell the Dj scans you have on eBay. Then with all the money, go out and pick-up some Pocket Scans, the movement Is MUCH smoother.

soooo sell my dj scans and pick up to pockets with a dmx solo or sumthing... i dont have a dmx controller yet..

That's a good idea, buy the system and some places will throw in a free case too.

Hey, the DJ Scans may be junky, not smooth, but for some places, it represents what it is! But then its personal preference. yea its nice to have smooth flowing lights, but then the DJ Scans do a great job as well.

i myself don't rag on the dj scans, for me, any intel is a huge upgrade from spin and puke lights. i would sell what you have and buy a different system, for 800 you can get a smooth 250w system...can't say the name but its a pretty well known name

i was thinkin of gettin a dj scan as my 1st light
can someone tell me, about how high off the floor i need to keep it(cause im not getiing a truss sytem till next year), and how much area does the light cover

If you get the DJ Scans, have them about 2-3 feet above people's heads. So that might be anywhere from 7 to 9 feet.
