**DJ Scan won't light up... help!!!!!

My ADJ Scan doesn't seem to light up. When I plug it in, the mirror seems fine, it does the rotating, and then when i clap near the mic, the mirror responds by moving, but the lamp still won't come on. I've tried a new bulb and it's the same. DO you guys have any clue on how I could fix this? DO I have to send it to American DJ to get it fixed? Thanks in advance!!
