DJ Scan 250 Programming Problem

Ok.. one last DJ Scan 250 questions. I've been programming the lights with a DMX50 controller. Everything works fine for the most part, but the DJ Scans seem to creep from some scenes to others (very slow pan and tilt). This doesn't happen on every scene (but it happens going to and from the same scenes every time), and it happens often when there are no gobo/color changes involved, only pan and tilt.

Any thoughts? Suggestions?

I don't have any DMX lights but I have read the online manuals (have to pass the summer time somehow...) and I know that some lights have a DMX channel that is a scene change speed. I have just reviewed the online manual and it shows that there is in fact not a channel for the scene change speed. Off the top of my head see if you have programmed any extra scenes between the start point and the one where you are trying to get to, you might have several scenes that its just the mirror moving and may be causing its slow motion. (or I also could have to clue what I'm talking about).
