Hello forum, hopefully you guys can help me with my issue.
I recently purchased an DJ Scan 250 EX light, I'm pretty happy with it. However, the fixture seems to think its upside down as every time I power on the fixture the display appears upside down.
Even when I correct the settings, it doesn't save things like the display mode or the channel I'd like it to be on.
I have two more DJ Scan 250 EX's and they work just fine. Anybody have as solution to my problem?
