Device not read by software

I recently bought a mydmx 3.0 RM. the software is not seeing the device and not sending DMX signal to my lights. Everything works in the hardware manager when I test it. Software is November 2021. Firmware was updated. But when I go to preferences in software under device nothing is there and no signal is going out. Help!!
