Deluxe Scan 250

I also have 4 Deluxe Scan 250's I'm having issues with 2 of them. On the first one, I can't get the gobos to focus at all (it might be the one I recently replaced the mirror on but I'm not sure). I tried to clean the lens and adjust it all the way up and down but still won't focus.

The other scan seems to only be getting about 100 of the 250 watts, everything works but the light is dim. I was told it might be a bad transformer? If it is, I think I'm out of luck since they are no longer made and I doubt I can find that part? I have taken this light out of my line up. I took off the mirror to replace a cracked mirror on another 250.

Any suggestions would be great.
