Dead LED's in 64 LED Pro

Note, this will result in a call to tech support regardless if they answer here.

Of my 8 64 LED Pros, 4 have developed problems. I've mentioned before 1 of these keeps blowing fuses. During my previous gig, 3 of my 64 LED Pros have 3 dead pixles that are all, for lack of a better placement term, are touching.

My main question for the forum is:

Are the RGB LEDs installed in sets?

Thank goodness these are under warranty.

no they are not installed in sets. It is one big LED board.

I know it's one large board. But I was wondering if they were installed in small groups, so let's say a litle group of RGB went foom for some reason in my case.

It doesn't make sense because the "arrangements' on each light varies. Either way, this is a service department issue. I have over a year of warranty left on this fixtures. I know those folks will help me out.

I just find it odd that 3 would EACH have 3 LED's out of commission. That's what really promptd the question.
