Hey bro, i got a pretty quick reply from them, but they seem to think just because they replied quickly that its a good service. I have been going in circles and having to explain myself numerous times in emails and now i havent had a reply at all. I'm thinking they are off for the weekend, but didnt even mention that in the email.
If i cant figure this out myself tonight im refunding on Monday.
I think they should have held back on this release till they knew how to use it and had the correct and uptodate files on their site.
please send the original mail you sent to ADJ support (including date) to FRESHFLUKE [AT] FRESHFLUKE [DOT] DE and i will forward this internally.

but please use my email only in cases where you have trouble with the official support. "normal" questions regarding the use of the vms will be only answered here in the board, aight?
