I finally got my new Crank Truss system. The problem is that when I try to let the truss down it hangs up and won't come down. I only have this problem with one side. The other side comes down smoothly. Also I have problems with the Truss sliding down the stand pole. I have tried tightening the bolts but it still slides down. I only have 100lbs evenly distributed. Any suggestions that might help would be appreciated.

Sounds like something is messed up internally. Try taking it to your dealer to see if he can find the problem and repair it.
