Controller: led 4c

Do you have the flat pars set too 3 channel mode for the dmx mode?

yes, i tested all the channels, even tested it on a normal dmx table.
Also my led controller 4c = 4 channel

Ahh right yes sorry. I'm more of a software guy Haha. Last question before I send this to service on Monday is, do you have all of then set to dmx address 1? I'm definetly not trying to insult your intelligence but I have to ask.

Did send my controller to bax shop(dutch dj shop)
they send it to u guys. after 2 weeks i got a message:
Not able to repair and not able to send a new one. -_- shit.

So my question is when is the new rgbw4c controller coming out(in europe). I need it asap

mickey, Hi. sorry for the delay. I was trying to find the info for you. but I was told Mid march is a expected date for release of that controller in Europe.

But why can you not get your controller back?

My dealer(bax shop) said that it wasnt repairable, and you guys didnt have any units left to replace the old one. So i did a money refund, and i am now waiting on the rgbw4c

im scared to buy a rgb4c again. Thinking i get the same problem again.

Ahh ok. I understand. Usually the hardware failures are not a very common occurrence. I really wouldn't worry about getting another bad unit. but I understand you wanting to get the new one.
But the new one won't be out in your area until around March. But when you get it I am sure you will be happy with it. Let me know if I can do anything else for you.

Whats the difference between the rgbw4c and the old rgb4c.
If the difference is not that big for my adj tri18 led par. I will consider the rgb4c again

Seriously?? WOW! you press the mode button on the flat par Tri 18 until it says 4.CH? have you tried Ch.03 just in case? I hate to go over the same stuff again and make it seem like I am insulting your intelligence or something but 2 in a row is odd to be DOA. Are you sure they just didn't give you your old one back? check the S/N number...
