Configuring the Audio with the VMS4.1 while using Traktor Pro 2 and TT 1510's

So I been using the VMS4.1 for a bit now and so far I am really enjoying it.

My only problem is configuring the audio and controls so I can use Midideck 2 & 3 for my TT 1510's and use Traktor Pro 2 for Midideck 1 & 4. It seems that the crossfader doesn't work in Traktor when I try to do this(though it is fine for my turntables). Was anyone able to figure it out?

Also I'm having problems with the cue buttons in Traktor. They are very inconsistent. Sometimes the on one deck works, sometimes neither work. Most of the time when I press the cue it goes out to my speakers instead of my headphones. I can't figure it out.
