Colors not working on mydmx go

Hello I am new to mydmx go. I was able to connect my SHEHDS 275W 10R but the color wheel has no affect on the lights. I am able to change the colors with the fadars in the fixture list, but the different options on the live page have no effect on the color of the lights. The lights remain white unless I manually change them on the fixture slider. The "moves" side works perfectly. Any help or suggestions please?

I am the same problem with a 100W led moving head. Not solved at the moment.

The SSL2 file from Nicolaudie at https://store.nicolaudie.com/de/ssl shipped for the Shehds 275W is not fully functional as the color macros are modeled generic so myDMX GO cannot figure out how to set the colors. Try downloading the library file directly from the vendor at https://www.shehds.com/product...e-performance-lights which will give you the SSL2 file named 275W.ssl2 in your dowload folder. Then sync this via the Nicolaudie cloud profile builder at https://profile.nicolaudiegroup.com/ and add this from your custom fixture library in myDMX GO. This should give you colors.
