Color Flash 4 System Tips Needed

I have one, (using it with a live band) but I am wondering how YOU use your Color Flash 4 System for best effect?

Light up the dance floor?

Light up the front of the stage?

Or use it behind the performers?

I'm currently using a pair of LS-50 systems (Par 38s) to light the stage, and a trio of XP-3s across the front of the stage in sound activated master/slaves configuration.
