Chauvet Color dash Accent

I just purchased a few Chauvet Color dash lights and need some advice on dip switch settings. This light has 12 dip switches. I tried to set it to position #1 with no luck. Anyone have any suggestions?
Switch #1 in the on position has no effect, the same with #1 and #12 in the on position.

your best bet is to check out the user manual, it will walk you thought the dipswitches
