channel sliders and fader

i recently bought a vms4 and i am using virtual dj pro 7 . it sounds great but i am have a few issues. problem #1 : my channel 1 & 2 or faders are not moving on my laptop screen at all . are they supposed to move on screen , when you move them on wms4 ( actual unit ) ? problem #2 how do i disable automatic pitch using vms4 . every time i load a track , the pitch automatically matches with song thats playing . i would rather not use that feature . please help

hi, unfortunately i cant help you with VDJ, but there's a dedicated vms thread over in the VDJ forum, please ask there if no one of the VDJ users here jumps in!
