Channel 3 fader broke

First things first. I'm totally disappointed about this unit. Last night my channel 3 fader broke when i used the vms4 as usual. It is now like hanging loose inside of the unit and sending random data. I mean this is advertised as a "professional" dj solution all over the place, it is meant to be used isn't it? I wanted to ask, whether AA will repair my unit for free, because i definitely can not use it at the moment. I am not going to critisize the VMS4 in general, but i'm just disappointed, that there has not been any fix for the knob-error (several times posted on this forum)---> the knobs are still just working in the area of 9 o'clock to 3 o'clock. I'm tired of trying to get the best out of this unit, while it keeps letting me down.
