Is it just me or has anyone noticed the VMS4 is prone to getting very bad Mobile phone Interference, I have had to turn off my phone to stop it ..Anyone else ??

This is probably quite likely - it won't be very well insulated. I have found it to be OK provided the phone isn't on top of the controller. Put it in your back pocket and I would think it would be ok - shouldn't be on phone will working anyway :P tut tut haha.
Ha not on the phone just on so I can get incoming texts or messages ..LOL
Most electronics are supseptible to RFI. When my cell phone rings when sitting next to a competitors (D) CD player and rings, it stops the player. When my cell phone is near my sirus radio as well as my Bose Wave Radio you get a nasty hum through the speakers. You are best served to keep anything that trasmits a radio signal a couple of feet away from your audio gear. Now think if your cell phone does this to electronics, imagine how it's microwaving your brain when you have it plastered to your skull... PS the intereference will be worse if you have it coupled to a bluetooth device, and if it's a smart phone, 3G, and wireless amplifies the interference even more.
I keep getting distorted recordings in traktor pro, monitor sounds fine and when i play back i get this buzzing sound and its 10 seconds here 3 seconds there, then nothing just the music. i wonder if this is the problem?
JUST A NOTE: I am using an IMAC with a wireless mouse and keyboard. Good old bluetooth devises could be clogging up the works.
