cdi 500 case help.......

i have 2 cdi500's , qd-5 mixer (black) , and the cdi 500 system case. i really like the system , i just have one problem the qd-5 mixer doesnt fit snug at all . it has like 2-in of play on each side . so what i am asking is , are there supposed to be spacers in the case and if so where can i get them. please let me know
