Hi, I'm new on this device and find an issue: selected the brand I try to select a device with red dot but the sistem answer is "check Internet connection"... internet wifi connection is ok. Any suggestion? Thanks

Are you currently connected to the GO hardware's WIFI connection?
If yes, you need to disconnect, then re-try to select the file on a WIFI with internet connection. Then once its downloaded, re-connect to the GOs WIFI.
Yep, I made login, and also check with different wifi internet connection... But click on the fixture with red dot should be enough? Should be an android tablet issue? Thanks
Tell me the name of the fixture and within what brand location is it in?
UKing ZQ02040 but it's the same with every fixtured having red dot (90% of the brand and fixtures are red)!

Hi, i would uninstall the app and reinstall and then sign back in and see if it helps. What tablet device is this and. what version of android or iOS is it running?
