can someone verify?

I'm working with the american dj dynasty dmx light and it appears that the rotational gobo is not turning and the last channels are not functioning...it has 6 total channels.

is this just on the 3D visualizer or on the actual light? and also you mean the gobo wheel is not spinning at all? let me know. sincerely,

oh well that is really no big deal because the 3D isnt a perfect 3D representation of what os goin on there are still some thing the 3D cannot replicate. so ya on channel 6 you wont see it reset on the 3D and the gobo channel SHOULD rotate but ill have to check the profile. sincerely,
