Bubble Blast

Hello there, I just wanna know if there are bubble blast users and whats your experience with them?

I email American DJ last week at the only email adrress that is in their page and nobody answered.

Last month I just buy a new Bubble blaster machine at guitar center in Tucson, AZ. And I imported the unit to Mexico, where I live. At home, I opened the unit to test it, and use the bubble premium fluid that it comes with, but the performance really dissapoint me. It just not like the demo video in the home page, and theres is no bubble outputs from one of the wheel wands, but the fans and the wand spins fine.

the remote control do not function either. The three leed light up, even if I turned off from the back of the unit. I just wanna know if this is the really performance of this unit or I will have to change the unit.

1st of all welcome to the forum, be sure to stick around and share some knowledge.

Second, call 800 322 6337 or email support@americandj.com. FYI though, there was an unfortunate incident at ADJ recently that may affect the time until you receive a response.

OK, After emailing all the people that I could know their names at american dj and got no response, I decided to open the front panel of the Bubble blaster, and try to find out whats wrong.

I found that the lower fans were too dislocated from their original place (according with the picture in the manual), so the air flow were to the upper side and with the upper fans the air flow was too strong that the machine was not able to do bubbles. I fixed the unit and works perfectly, almost same as the Demo video.
