BU 350 Bubble Machine

I bought a BU 350 Bubble machine for the kids to use at school for their dances. We are finding that it is leaking out fluid out of the bottom of the unit. The tray was filled up to the half way point. Anybody have experience with this unit that can make some suggestions??
