Blizzard The Puck (GREEN???)

Hi.
I'm new here and new to DMX.

I have myDMX1 and i'm testing things out. I can't get GREEN to come on via the program on The PUCK from Blizzard.
Built in programs, shutter and dimmer also seem to have no effect.

A little help please?

Never mind!

One of my Pucks is not working right. I have NO green on that light at all...

either there is an issue with the fixtures or there is a mode issue
